I am a novice yogi and especially appreciated how Grace explains each move. Grace has a way of articulating what to do in each step at the exact right pace and in the exact right order for me. Everything just clicks when she explains something I’ve never seen or done before. That is the small thing I appreciate the most about her as it’s such a difficult skill to master and I have yet to encounter another instructor with that same level of skill. In addition to her ability to walk through the moves very clearly, Grace’s classes flow very nicely and are the perfect level of challenge for me. She demonstrated everything which is very helpful and is extremely encouraging and affirmative in the way she leads the class. She’s a true master at what she’s doing!

Grace is a warm, attentive, and talented teacher. Her classes always feel fresh and original, and I always come away from them having learned something new. I love that she always takes time to make sure students get the most out of the class by gently helping adjust their poses. Would definitely keep taking classes with her!

Grace’s yoga class is definitely my all time favorite. I have experience with a wide variety of yoga classes but the pace and the difficulty level of Grace’s class are the perfect mix for me. The first time, I felt very challenged by the routine, but I was quickly able to gain confidence in the next few classes and it has been incredibly rewarding. She also suggests several modifications throughout the class for individuals that want to either customize the moves to their comfort level or challenge themselves further. I have always found it to be a feel good solid workout and I can’t recommend her classes enough!
