Hello!

My name is Grace, and I am a movement nerd. I love practicing and studying yoga and am so excited to share my passion because yoga is freeing and everyone deserves to be on this journey.

I first discovered yoga when I was looking to stay active while managing the sciatic pain caused by a herniated disc. I honestly thought I’d go back to training for half marathons and obstacle races when my back felt stronger. Unbeknownst to me, yoga would become a passion, and I sought teacher training under the instructions of Cathy Madeo, Ellen Mosko, Patrick Beach, and Carling Harp. This opened a whole new chapter in my yoga journey, propelling a drive to learn even more about this beautiful ancient practice. My practice tends to be playful and exploratory as I lead students (literally) around the mat and encourage them to stay curious and open minded. More importantly, I aim to inspire students to practice yoga off the mat.

Outside of yoga, I love wine-tasting and pairing. I also enjoy hiking, running, and reading fiction.
